This handcrafted keepsake box is made of Oregon Myrtle Burl. The myrtle Burl is 1/8" thick and laminated to 5/8" thick walnut. All 3/4' thick though-out. The trim is figured walnut and makes for a great color match. Dovetail construction and Brusso quadrant hinges. The finish is acrylic lacquer, 12 coats sanded and buffed to a musical instrument quality finish.
